Should companies use this for their cutomer service before an often repeated problem solution is fed back into their SOP?

Whatsapp seems to have been a good bet when the number is below few hundreds.

The move to bigger space digital town halls also signals the gravity of the issue.

Discord is the anti-algo and organized (you know where to find things you need, based on the appropriate channel). Started with gamers, moved onto influencers.
