Extended Pasteurised milk in India

While opening a gallon of milk that has a shelf life of 2 weeks, wondered why its about only a week in India. Ultra Pasteurized milk with a shelf life of months seems amazing.
At first I thought since fresh food is preferred in India, probably there is no market for too preserved. But with milk it seems to be the first mile problem. Local chilling would need continued electricity or diesel operated engines which increase pollution as Promethean Power systems with a solution of Milk Chillers in India that run on thermal energy. This heralds operational efficiency. Love that out of the box thinking of beyond the solar window.
Then there is the refrigerator needed to store at home.
Longer pasteurization would need huger storage and transportation network.
With all the nutritional benefits gone in ultra pasteurized, should it be made at all?

Like  Audius  could   Spotify and othe rmusic companies let both their company and a network be controlled by token holders. Of the 11B music industry, how much can be NFT driven? Solana block chain Which existing blockchain/NFT platforms can add music to their offerings? If they cant add, what stops them from it? Is it fragmented customer base when it comes to music choice? Are cetain types of music lovers more congregative? Is enjoying music seen as a solitary hobby or as a group one? For example, our fitness instructor realises that different kind of people have different taste when it comes to workout music and hence asks if we want hers on or not.
