Of the 11B music industry, how much can be NFT driven?

Which existing blockchain/NFT platforms can add music to their offerings? If they cant add, what stops them from it? Is it fragmented customer base when it comes to music choice?

Are cetain types of music lovers more congregative? Is enjoying music seen as a solitary hobby or as a group one? For example, our fitness instructor realises that different kind of people have different taste when it comes to workout music and hence asks if we want hers on or not.
