Space Ramen an innovation from the instant noodle maker Momofuku Ando. Momofuku invented flashfrying precooked noodles so that one does not have to wait too long for the noodles to be cooked. It is ironic that we save time on things that take time, so we can be in the rat race and then miss out on the noodlekind sorry mankind lessons of patience.
