An industry is a defined as a group of firms producing products that are close substitutes. But with Clayton Christensen's jobs-to-be-done viewpoint, it needs to be rewritten as a group of firms providing similar solutions.

 For example, blockbuster to netflix.
They were in entertainment, not DVD storage and distribution.
