Most management is about change management. How do you cause a change and sustain it?

Olivia Hooker was one of the many who campaigned for women in military. When no one was joining military even after the women were allowed, she joined the military herself to know why others were not. This is taking the customer journey, to understand the business and its service from their point of view or the times when the king went incognito to find out how the kingdom was faring.
